Class Blog

I am planning to use a class blog this year.

The purpose of this blog is:
1. Provide real reading and writing opportunities for my students
2. Encourage my students to be collaborative and sharing.
3. Open their eyes to the big wide world of learning opportunities out there.
4. Give them a sense of purpose for learning things like spelling, punctuation and grammar.
5. Chronicle their learning journey in Year 2.
6. Communicate with parents.

Can one little blog achieve all this and more?

Come on over and check it out. I am sure my students would love to hear from you!

A Year in Year 2
